To Reproduce
Create a SoulBlight GraveLords army in New Recruit.
Add Sekhar, Fang of Nulahmia to the army.
Add a Battle Regiment.
Click on Sekhar in the Army List to see there is no sub-commander option to add her
Expected behavior
Sekhar to be addable as a Sub-commander
