Necrons: Some Legends units are not marked as such #1399

Now legends but still in New Recruit:

They are still legal units, so they are still available for play and will stay in the data.

You can hide them if you don't want to see them using the Show/Hide Options under Configuration.

Not Tesseract Vault. The Tesseract Ark is Legend now.

@Mad-Spy please read what I write. The Tesseract Vault is NOT LEGENDS. The Tesseract Ark is! Please hotfix this.
