Hearthkin Warriors wargear (comms array, medipack, pan spectral scanner) should be on individuals and is currently not

Not a bug. The functionality is working as implemented. It may be possible to get this working in future.

This is now fixed. In New Recruit, you will be able to assign your selected wargear to a specific model and have that show on the output. There will not be a fix for Battlescribe.
