Description: There is no option for a Captain with Jump Pack to have a power fist and plasma pistol.

The option is there, as shown below in New Recruit. image

In BS on mobile, you need to drill down into the "Melee and Pistol" option by clicking on the name (on the left), rather than the radio button.
