Problem: Warhammer 40K Sicaran battle tank missing options

Expected: The Sicaran battle tank should have the option for volkite Culverins as sponsons and they do not appear as an option

That option does not appear on its 40k datasheet. See page 18 of the PDF linked below. I believe they are only an option in Heresy armies.
