Problem: I couldn't add Enhancements for All my characters

Expected: A menue to enter Enhancements

None of the Characters in the list provided can take any of the Enhancements available in the Detachment you have selected (they are all restricted to WARBOSS models of some type). Add a Character which can take those Enhancements and you'll see them.
