Problem: Sternguard Veteran Seargent can take a melee Weapon and the Bolter

Expected: Sternguard Veteran Seargent can only take a melee Weapon OR a Bolter

Codex clearly states that bolt rifle and melee weapon is a permitted loadout for the Sgt.
