Problem: The Deffkilla Wartrike doesn't have access to enhancements in Kult of Speed.

Expected: The Deffkilla Wartrike should have access to enhancements in Kult of Speed.

Additional Info: This is for list building for Orks in 10th ed Warhammer 40k

Provided list has Bully Boyz selected. Correctly selecting the "Kult of Speed" Detachment allows Enhancements to be shown on the Wartrike.
