Problem: Khorne Battleline doesn't count as Khorne Battleline

Expected: When adding Skarbrand or any Khorne Daemon it claims that it's over the Khorne Battleline limit, however Berserkers and Jackals are Khorne Battleline and should count towards that limit

No, they don't. As per the text of the rule, only models added using the rule count, not those who are usually allowed in the army.
