Problem: Not allowing proper amount of special weapons on units

Expected: Plague Marines for example allow 1 blight launcher and plague spewer per 5 models. The app is only allowing max of 1 each. This applies to the cultists with their heavy weapons too

If you put enough models in the squad, you will be able to add the additional weapons. All appears to be working as expected.
