Description: I can't select any other warlord trait in Lord Kaldor Draigo than the 1. Demon slayer. Lack other warlord traits to select.

That is because that is the only trait Draigo can take. See p97 of the Codex, in the Named Characters and Warlord Traits box at the bottom of the page.
