This is correct behaviour. According to the rules, you don't choose the models until after you roll for Daemon Summoning. So we have a way to just allocate a number of points which can be used without deciding which models. If you choose to pick specific models beforehand, you don't need to also allocate points.

Description: I don't know if this is a bug precisely and I apologize if I just messed up but I think reinforcement points might be buged, essentially if you make a reinforcement in your army for Summons and stuff it counts the point's of that army and the set reinforcement points separate so you pay according to the list double for any summon units? To explain what I am doing I am using one battalion set to match play of chaos than a second force of reinforcement demon's for the summons I put in texmp a group of horros and than set so my reinforcement points appropriate...the points cost are displayed and what happens is thanks to how it's set upp it seems to count the set aside points and the horror separately. However I can't seem to make it get that it's already set aside those points. I could just ignore it entirely as the list will still function I just don't think it is supposed to do that. I am fairly sure that isn't suppose to happen.
