I am failing to find where it says they get those keywords.

It's in the official app and in the FAQ.

Please list which FAQ you're referring to. The App is not an official rules source (Or would you like Shuriken Cannons to be changed to S65)

@fuckingenglish the FAQ does NOT assign keywords beyond the chapter faction keyword.
