This massive pr removes a lot of excess <BR> mark up that doesn't seem like battle scribe is going to support again.

Whilst this isn't a perfect fix, baneblade is still hard to read, but its way better than it was.
I also havent updated the revision numbers, cause im not sure if that's something I have to do manually or if its automatic in a CI pipeline.
