Fixes overexposure not setting the computed quality component measure #17

Hi Marcel, please merge this into the main-branch. The OverExposurePreventation measure had a bug that was setting all quality component values to 0 and was not considering the quality mapping. We fixed the code and adjusted the CSV file with expected values, correspondingly. Best, Benjamin
