I was testing the activity log on Mozilla Firefox browser when I came across the overflowing content on the sidebar, hence causing the horizontal and vertical scrollbar appearance.

On Chrome, although the scrollbars for some reason are hidden, you can check if the content is overflowing by scrolling downwards and it'll result in something like this.
