Added margins in modals (mobile screens)

Fix display contents in the ballot preview

• placing of the word "abstained" in mobile screens

• when the selected candidates are 4; candidate name text alignment

and other minor changes in the ui

Remove access to ballot forms when voting period is closed, vice versa Upon reload of page the election/voting period is checked
