As a user I should be able to update the student information

Acceptance criteria:

must have input fields in LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME, SECTION, GRADE, SY in updating information of the student
must have save button and cancel button
make it simple but creative

UI Requirements:

[ ] LASTNAME
[ ] FIRSTNAME
[ ] SECTION
[ ] GRADE
[ ] SY
[ ] Save Button
[ ] CANCEL Button
