The usage of quotes is far too logical.
German quotes such “”„‚‘ and ’ should find some implementation for instance that every other use of the European quotes (« ») or single quotes ' ' requires them or it throws a compiler error for invalid spacing.
Alternatively the European quotes («…») could be varied such that every other usage they are inverted, again from the German system (»…«)
