Schedule + Scheduler + ConflictIdentifier not properly reinitializing/clearing after first iteration

In second iteration of scheduling, Schedule class is not being properly reinitialized to create a new schedule.

Old data may be left in the schedule object. Clear methods have been created for each but they are likely not in the right spot, or there is something else missing.

This is likely not a database issue, rather a data handling issue.
