For those that can provide their services over the Internet or can use the internet to monitor an activity that is contracted, this project provides a mechanism for streaming invoices over the Lightning Network in a way that mitigates the risks of both sides of the session (the contractor and the payer) so that no prior legal agreement is needed and the settlement is final upon the conclusion of the session. If either party decides that the other is not providing value, they can stop the session and any further invoicing also limiting their risk. As trust between parties is built, reputations are bolstered and the need to bail out a session minimized.
