Merchant (& user) email sending

Add the following logic and email sending on events:

Close modal before payment approved:

• ask for email
  • Enters it
  • sends to merchant and that user
  • Does not enter it
  • sends notice to merchant

Close browser tab/window:

• ask user if they are absolutely sure

This was not mentioned at all in final meeting before launch so may be something built very soon after v1, therefore putting back to v2.
