Feature: Change default location of settings spreadsheet to main project folder (v5.6) #385

Change the default location of settings spreadsheet (SettingsFileGenerator.xml) to the main project folder instead of EnvironmentSettings subfolder. Continue to recognize the old location for backward compatibility.
