Ampersnad in Excel xml with settings generates wrong bindings file. #447

Hi.

When using ampersand (&) in Excel with variables for bindings files. Binding file is generated with wrong xml as this ampersand is not escaped.

You'll want to put the & into Excel as (literally) &
