Have an option for creators to design tutorials in game, using a GUI.
This would mean that the clunky txt files are not the only way to create a new tutorial.
It removes the danger from making syntax errors in the txt file which complicates the whole process and is almost inevitably going to happen at least once when attempting to add a tutorial.
It also makes it a lot more accessible and fun to design tutorials. A lot of people would be repulsed by the need to affectively code the tutorial, but creating one in game would be intuitive and inviting.
Also pretty essential once released publicly to all build teams since most would not be interested in writing tutorials via that file.
