Repeaters still pulse under some circumstances #111

A repeater placed next to a powered BD that is not facing away from the BD will still pulse when placed

Repeater receiving a hot signal from the side will pulse when placed as well. Might be normal behavior, but am mentioning it incase its useful.

Ah thanks for the info :) That's actually probably what was going on with what I saw. I thought the BD was relevant since the initial repeater pulse bug emerged as a result of a fix to make BDs place lit repeaters.

Still an issue as of CE 3.0 Snapshot 2.1.

This instead seems to be happening when you place a block north of a powered block. regardless of what direction you're facing the repeater
