1.6 completely destroyed boat physics, which should be reverted. 1.5's boat physics are not great, but at least aren't a disaster.

Some notes from beta testing on boat issues caused by this: Frost: riding them is kinda gitchly, you stop randomly and when you exit, you teleport back where you first entered the boat it also seems like i can't break a boat i placed down
