Feature request: Spawn lightning entity in constructive #360

No easy way to play around with charged creepers in constructive mode.

That's not easy to do, as spawn eggs are 1:1 with entity ids, and charged creepers don't have a separate entity id (this is why wither skeletons and zombie villagers also do not have spawn eggs).

Could it be possible to spawn a lightning entity? Thats more generically handy for testing anyway
