Creepers explode from the top, not the bottom #500

Creepers will detonate based on vision, but explode from their feet, making it so that slabs can block them. They should explode from above the waist so that at least a block and a slab are needed to block them.

I also heard that explosion is calculated towards the player's feet, it should probably be their center of mass?

Would fix #103

Testing for eye height explosions is now underway, for parity with exploding behavior triggering when seeing enemy.

Currently on CE 3.0 Beta 1.0.0 Creepers will leave the player at 2 hearts with a half slab Full block leaves 6 Trying to use foliage (grass, flowers, etc.) Kills you Full block + Slab leaves 8
