Cobblestone generators #8

We got a request for cobblestone generators in CE and since that would be addon territory and BWR seems tailor fit and I know you didn't think of the lava pillow issue, I'm creating this issue :)

Right now, to get cobblestone in BTW, you need loose stone and nether sludge, pack the loose stone into loose cobble and use a block dispenser to apply the nether sludge. The only part that's not renewable in BWR is loose stones I think, so if some late game method is added to get a hold of those, cobblestone generators are possible
