Deco Tree stumps can be harvested with a Saw #86

Simple enough to reproduce in creative, but not as easy to reproduce in survival. Resulting item has no name, stacks normally with other stumps, but not regular logs, and can be chiseled as a regular work stump when placed. test Issue does not apply to non-deco stumps.
