Wither Skeletons drop Refined Weapons during Wither Fight

During the Wither Fight, Wither Skeletons will be summoned with Refined Weapons, which of course is Post-Dragon. During a fight that comes before the Dragon, you can obtain Post-Dragon ONLY Swords, which can be recycled into Soulforged Steel, and that can be turned into many Post-Dragon things. Definitely not intentional lol

Steps to Reproduce:

• Summon the Wither (probably create a Nether Portal to make sure it's accurate as possible)
• Wait for Wither Skeletons to spawn
• Kill them until they drop a Refined Weapon
