When a zombie destroys a block, if a creeper interrupts instead of blocking, the creeper explodes instead of blocking

I actually think I know what he's saying. He's saying that the behavior right now, is that if a Zombie is mining, And a creeper drops in and occupies the same block as that zombie Instead of the zombie not being able to mine The creeper explodes.
