Mobs Not Spawning at All on Multiplayer Server #4

Hey, I started a small server for Better than Wolves and opened it to the community, especially those watching my twitch channel.

During one of the first revisions of our server, we originally wanted to use Mob Enhancement Addon, but unfortunately, after several nights no mobs were spawning, we double checked that everyone's client had the addon installed, and checked between groups of people, or just one or two people connecting.

At the time we had AbsurdStoic (GrannyWicker) and Janglekon

and originally it was just me and Stoic.

I looked through the server and client logs but I couldn't find anything that might be of use to you when pointing to an error, everything seemed to be working normally,

This was tested on 0.2.0 and 0.2.1, We have yet to test with 0.2.2 and we can probably run an isolated test with two people and known good instances in the morning.

Current Addons at the time were: DynamicLights ProgressiveItemSpeedup CraftGuide MapMarkers

The new 0.2.2-fix version should fix the issue.
