Bug - Multiple Creeper Crash #6

Minecraft tends to crash when one creeper explodes which then leads to two or three other creepers exploding. Don't know if the other creepers also falling has something to do with it.

Which version of the mod were you using? I remember fixing a similar issue a few versions ago, and I personally can't reproduce this bug in 0.2.2.
