PR description
Assembly service's lablog and config files are updated with the latest bacass and kmerfinder versions. Furthermore, snippy's, amrfinderplus' and ariba's lablogs are updated as well. The genomeev and mtbseq_assembly templates are deleted, since they are not used anymore. The file services.json has therefore been modified too.
