Added functions to record project info in batch data

Remaining things and doubts:
[x] In record_project_fields if field is list, list is not displayed in the html table
[x] If only some of the project samples are recorded (due to erros in the others), they are still appearing in the html table
[x] Only Recorded value is not being displayed in pre-defined samples
Doubts:
[x] Should it be possible to leave empty fields? -> Yes, all if so
[x] When any project sample has any error, record the other os record none of them? -> If one sample of one project is wrong, whole project is wrong, but the other one no.
[x] Samples can have sample sample name, but different sample code ID, in sampleprojectsfieldsvalue, smaple name is being recorded, so more than one entry with same sample name could be stored?
