Description of the bug

Related with the issue #309 it the sample (which have no parameter to fill on molecule extraction) is selected then like an "empty" page is showed and when submit a keyError is displayed

If sample does not required to add extraction data parameter, then the molecule state must be changed to "assigned_parameters"
