Duplicate sample when selecting it for to do next after extraction #318

Description of the bug

After extraction parameters are fill out, the next step is to define what to do next.

If there are more than one extraction for a sample, then instead of displaying the right one , all of extraction are displayed for the sample

Update the filter on database to get only with state of assigned_parameters
