incorrect state set for molecule after filling the extraction data #319

Description of the bug

When in a sample the extraction data are fulfilled with all additional parameters the state is set to "completed" however it must be assigned_parameters.

Also when selecting the sample to be used for NGS to continue filling the sample data with library preparation,, however if the laboratory/organization does not have the capability of sequencing internally this situation must be registered.
