CRAFT detector requires that we run jobs on the GPU, I added some instructions in the main README for starting a CUDA capable GPU, and for the up-to-date models. Also changed the file paths for bash_submit.sh such that anyone who installs this code can execute the CRAFT detector on our HUH images.
