connecting Barcode filed of quick entry form to the updated db #42

After clarifying the properties of barcode, we updated related barcode, and we need update the connection of barcode to db to make it perform as what we want.

Currently, we cut its connection to db to avoid query error, so its field is showing NOT FOUND.
