Weird spawning of Black Cadillac Limos

I've noticed a strange pattern with the Black Brougham Cadillac Limos is that. They exclusively spawn inside Trees and require someone to manually dig them out. You cant even see them unless you've got a minimap that tells you where vehicles are. Pretty strange in my opinion Its very very strange that i've seen like, 3 of these spawn in the woods exclusively
