Uninstalling any of the M1009's four tires will give you a "Regular Tire Type Heavy-Duty", but when trying to install a tire it will not give you options for any regular tires in your inventory, not even the ones you uninstalled previously. All other parts are in place (brakes, suspension). I tried Regular Standard, Performance and Heavy-Duty tires. I tested this with a couple of other vehicles from the Kentucky Car Overhaul and it does not seem like they are affected.
