Issue Description: We need to transfer the following components from our old repository to the new repository:

isPageHasSideBar isPageHasNavBar

Tasks:

Identify the location of the isPageHasSideBar and isPageHasNavBar components in the old repository.
Copy the component code and any relevant dependencies (CSS, utility functions, etc.) from the old repository.
Paste the components into the appropriate location in the new repository.
