Visual during BULVRD IQ to show following distance to vehicle in front #5

Within BULVRD IQ, track the distance to a vehicle in front. Getting the distance / closing speed. Could be an optional 'always on' item, or only show / alert the user when following too closely.

Items to consider:

Current speed
Closing speed
Congestion
Speed limit
Moving averages?
Micro rewards for reacting to alerts?
Add to a driver score?

Current Android releases have included a 'safety' feature using some of these values. Will continue to iterate and add a more real time visual of select values.
