Implement validation for source/detectorPos2D/3D such that only one set is required as per the spec
__contains__ and __getitem__ interface for ValidationResult issues list
Fixed really silly bug in templated code where attributes were getting defined on the class
Implemented the setUp method on the unittest.TestCase and fixed an issue with the definition of ValidationResult
Implemented support for 64 bit integers
Don't access fields in the validator code if props return none

The test that attempts to invalid a probeless SNIRF file is failing but I am pushing this anyway as it fixes things for @rob-luke
