seems to increase in frequency on high RAM usage, and when google chrome needs updating.

this bug / issue has been made more constant after the google chrome update to version 122.0.6261.112 (Official Build) (64-bit). -- noticeable given the error has been appearing within minutes of relaunching the browser, rather than waiting for either an waiting update for the browser, or RAM usage reaching around 80% as it at least tended to previously. ( currently, the error starts showing up at around 50% to 60% onwards of RAM usage. ).

this has been significantly mitigated since. -- it does still happen, however, it seems to now ( for now at least ) only happen under conditions of high RAM loadage.
