opening the chat settings within the alternate player, puts the UI under the stream area #7

happens with other UI menus aswell, such as polls and predictions.

it's fixed as far as the general settings and the poll menu go, however some menus like the predictions menu are still bugged: alternate player ui not fully fixed

the settings menu ui seems to be mostly fixed, however, other ui menus such as the predictions are still bugged.
