Castle food production #3

Food production is heavily tied to caravans unloading supplies. Caravans cannot reach castles, they do not have markets.

Fixes? Castle buildings to provide abnormally high food production

Allow caravans to reach castles/enable trading market in castles as well as stash.

Honestly this one is tricky, I don't have a clear suggestion to fix this. Castles can't trade, they can't receive food...they are killed by prosperity so I do not know.

I think I can make Castles trade targets. Not sure if this will fix it though. They might need special weighting or have villagers go from their villages to the castle to distribute goods to it.

I attempted o unload massive quantities of food onto villages belonging to the castle. But to no avail, the villages don't seem to share their stockpiles with the castle.

Suggestion: -Enable normal town features in castles, market, stash, caravan arrivals etc. -Increase bonuses for the buildigns in the castle for food production.

AS I go through my notes, this issue is closely similar to the prosperity balancing issue I posted elsedwhere...so they could be merged: Prosperity balancing for towns Prosperity balancing for castles.
